Contract Terms and Conditions
From the date of this Agreement/Registration, you have (24) twenty-four months to complete the Revelation Health LLC (Pompa Seminars) Events checked on the front of this Agreement. If you do not complete the Events within this timeline, Pompa Seminars will terminate your Agreement and you will forfeit all tuition/fees paid to Pompa Seminars.

Transfer Terms and Fees
Subject to applicable transfer fees, you may transfer one time for each session prior to the start of our chosen session into the next available date. You may only transfer to the same event in the same country unless approved by Pompa Seminars. You must do so by notifying us in writing using registered mail. You will receive a physical transfer authorization which is necessary for re-enrollment in the next Event. You must reregister for the event you wish to transfer to. This is not done for you and is subject to availability. Because these events will sell out well in advance, enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis determined by the date of your enrollment. Should you need to cancel or transfer, our refund Agreement reflects the fact that we incur most of the expenses of your course before you arrive. If you won't be able to attend your course, please let us know as soon as possible as it is unlikely we can fill your spot with short/no notice. If you choose to transfer, you relinquish your priority placement in the programs for which you previously enrolled and if you transfer within 90 days of your scheduled event, the following fee(s) will be due at the time of the transfer, in addition to your tuition and may be deducted from tuition you have paid for other sessions if your transfer fee(s) are unpaid. If you have not paid the balance and transfer, the transfer fee will be billed using the credit card listed on the front. We recommend independently purchasing event insurance as Pompa Seminars is not responsible for personal delays or cancellations.

Payment

  • Pay In Full (PIF): If your Full Payment is received by Pompa Seminars within 10 business days from the date of this Agreement, the Full Payment discount will be applied to your account.

Default: If you do not pay your tuition by the agreed-upon terms, you will be considered in default of this Agreement. You will forfeit your enrollment & acceptance to the Pompa Seminars Event, Pompa Seminars has the right to terminate this Agreement, and you will be subject to the Damages Fee set forth below.

72-Hour Cancellation: You may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation by submitting to Pompa Seminars a signed and dated written notice postmarked prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this Agreement. Your notice must be mailed to Pompa Seminars 145 Lake Drive Suite 104 Wexford PA, 15090. Phoned, faxed or emailed notices are not acceptable. Any products, material, or services already delivered or rendered as part of this agreement must be returned in a sealed/new/unused condition otherwise you will be billed for these products, materials, or services at regular retail prices.

Termination: You may terminate your enrollment to the Pompa Seminar Event by contacting Pompa Seminars in writing. If this Agreement is terminated by you or Pompa Seminars after having attended or participated in any Session, you will be billed the Regular Price for that Session. Additionally, you will be charged a nonrefundable, non-returnable Damages Fee set forth below. If you terminate your Registration 30 days or less before your selected Pompa Seminars Event, Pompa Seminars will retain 100% of all funds held by us. Any materials provided must be returned unopened and in new condition; otherwise you will be responsible for the Damages Fee set forth below.

Damages Fee: Because it would be extremely difficult and impractical to assess actual damages suffered by us in the event you default or terminate your Agreement, you agree to be charged USD $997 or 50% of your payments already made to us, whichever amount is greater. This is a non-refundable, non-returnable Damages Fee.

No-Show Fee: If you do not attend your confirmed Session without prior written consent from Pompa Seminars, you will forfeit all funds held by Pompa Seminars and void this contract as well as be billed for the remaining tuition for that Session using the credit card information on file.

General Provisions
Warranties: You acknowledge that you are not relying on any warranties, promises, guarantees or representations made by us or anyone acting or claiming to act on behalf of us unless they are in writing and part of this Agreement. All advertising material and all prior representations or Agreements, if any, whether oral or written, are all hereby superseded by this Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding and Agreement between you and us, and no addition or modification of any terms shall be effective unless set forth in writing and signed by you and us. No sales person, agent, nor affiliate acting on our behalf has the authority to modify the terms of this Agreement.

Reinstatement: If you default or cancel and you wish to reinstate your enrollment for any session, there will be a USD$500 reinstatement fee added to your tuition, which is due at the time of reinstatement. Reinstatement is subject to space availability, and Pompa Seminars discretion.

Attorney's Fees: If it becomes necessary to enforce this Agreement through legal action, then we shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in such enforcement of this Agreement.

Special Tax: For Sessions attended in locations that charge VAT, GST, or other applicable tax, such taxes may be charged to the participant in accordance with local government tax regulations.

Terms and Conditions: Your approval and execution of the Pompa Seminars Event General Terms and Conditions, General Provisions, and Releases (incorporated herein by reference), which is available in advance of Session/Event upon request, will be required prior to admission to any Session. Failure to sign the Pompa Seminars Event General Terms and Conditions will be deemed a cancellation of this Agreement. You will not be admitted to the applicable Session/Event until all course paperwork, Registration, and financial paperwork is returned to us.

Subject to Change: Dates, times, locations, and structure of events are subject to change. Pompa Seminars cannot be responsible for Acts of Terrorism, Acts of God, or other Non-Pompa Seminar-caused events and will reschedule any Session if it is unsafe for participants to attend or if Pompa Seminars is unable to perform under the terms of this Agreement.

Private Event: Pompa Seminars reserves the right to send a participant home for any reason it deems appropriate. It is up to the participant to pass each course for certification. Participants who are inebriated, abusive, or conducting themselves in an inappropriate fashion, will be asked to leave. In such cases, there will be no refund of meals, transportation, lodging, or unused food plans. Tuition credits or refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Assignment: This Agreement may not be assigned to another individual or entity without the express written approval of Pompa Seminars. If you are attending with a spouse/partner connected to this Agreement, each attendee must have their own Agreement. Any group or spousal discount will be applied to the connected Agreement once this Agreement and related fees are fully paid.
